Good morning and Happy Sunday! I found out Friday that I have Fuchs, which is a disease of the cornea. I have to use eye drops twice a day and hope it doesn't get worse, or I will need surgery. 2 of my sisters have it and so did my dad and mom, so I wasn't surprised that I have it too. So what did I do about it? A painting of course...called Hope.
I'm linking with Sunday Sketches today. Have a wonderful week!

What a beautiful painting. Hope is such a powerful feeling and with it comes strength. I hope that the drops do what they are supposed to do. Have a great week filled with hope.
Hi Debbie ~ Your HOPE drawing is beautiful in color, texture, and of course the message.. I was glad to get your comment on my post and know we share a love for Jesus.
BTW ~ I have beginning glacoma and have to do eye drops in each eye every night. This is better than surgery;, so I faithfully do the drops. Hope they work for you too.
I love this piece Debbie. Good luck, I have never heard of Fuchs.
It is so beautiful! :)
And I hope your eyes get better
without surgery. Have to google
for this, haven't heard of before.
Have a beautiful Sunday!

Debbie, so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I love the name of your painting. Yes, it is that Hope we have that gets us through the hard times as well as the good.
Love that you have that to cling to.
Visiting you from Sunday Sketches tonight...

Putting your hope in the Lord is the best thing you can do, and I LOVE the way you illustrated it. The composition and colors are marvelous. May the Lord's healing power be with you.
