We had a wonderful Christmas this year with our family, and really enjoyed our grandsons with their gifts.
How was your Christmas?
I found a little time this past week, to work on painting faces...
...but I have a problem and I hope someone can help me. I can't get a really nice clean line for eyes and lips using the stabilo pencil. Are there any products that draw over paint, but have a thin point?
Any suggestions are welcome!!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Wonderful photos...children make Christmas so very special!!!
Sorry I can't help with the drawing thing...I don't know anything about drawing, but I'm also taking Misty Mawn's face drawing class...
All the best in the coming year...
Cheers

Those paintings are wonderful!!
I definately can't help with the drawing question though! I can't draw a face to save my life! haha
I hope you had a wonderful new year, thankyou so much for your comments on my blog!
xx
Awww...Grandsons! Lucky!!!! My day will come~ The faces are great. I know what you mean about thin lines. I have had some success with a "photo ink pen" designed to write on photographs (permanent ink). The trick is that you need to wait until your acrylic paint is completely dry. I use it to sign my paintings and sometimes on the mouths.
Your pics with the kiddos are so sweet! Your paintings are BEAUTIFUL! You've inspired me to try my hand at painting faces and that's one thing I just can't do! lol! Hopefully I'll have my picture posted soon!
Awwww. Adorable pictures. I love them. So glad to hear that you had wonderful holiday. :)
your grandbabies are precious, debbie! i wish i could offer some good stabilo advice for your paintings....i think they look fabulous!! :))
