We went to the Charlotte spring show last weekend and the flowers were beautiful! I couldn't resist taking several pictures of the tulips...my favorite flower.

I've been busy creating, but just haven't had time to post anything lately. Here is my latest painting. I had fun making it!

Here is another prompt from Misty Mawn's blog: an entire drawing just with artist crayons. This was really fun but challenging, and I'm afraid as usual, I didn't follow all of the directions. Oh well,,,I tried!



I finally saw a blue bird last week, and it reminded me that spring is coming soon. Hope you are seeing birds coming back into your yards.

...shy. Sometimes I have so many words in my mind to say, but then when it's my turn to speak only 1 little word will come out. Has that every happened to you?

The first assignment from Misty Mawn's blog, was to do a self portrait. Here is my first attempt! I missed a few assignments, but at least did 1 page of the orange.
